I did as you said and uninstalled the updates but that didnt work. So i tried the System Restore option and set it to a few days ago and i had to plug in a storage device so it could get the information it needed for the process. When it finished i turned my computer off and on but the problem still occurred. I tried running trouble shoot but it couldnt find the problem. It wouldnt let me enter Safe Mode. I thought of using System restore again but im not sure it would help.
