I was looking into this myself some while back. It seems that OneDrive only allowed for blocking download on Office files, and then only if you were using OneDrive for Business option wasn’t there at all in OneDrive Personal.

If yes, as per the article on my previous email: “For channel meetings, the recording will be stored in a Recordings folder in the Files tab for the channel. The Files tab stores all files in a SharePoint site and document library for the channel. Everyone who is a part of the channel will have permission to edit and view the recording. The other attendees will only be able to view it.

If the recordings are stored in Stream, only the meeting owner or the recorder are able to download the meeting recording. Hello, I want to download some meeting recordings, for a meeting organized by someone else. I don’t see the option to download as I was not.
